The hardest thing to understand in a human’s life is humans itself, to understand the most minute of the minute thought running in their brains and to understand the actions and the reactions of any individual is as impossible as climbing a mountain in a day. Human is the most complicated word I feel in the world of words. Ask me why, and the answer would be, if you are able to understand the thought running in their brains and the actions they do and then combine and see if what they are doing is as per their thoughts or perception and the difference between the both, then you have broken the ice at one shot. . To be honest and act accordingly to your own thoughts and perception makes it as simple as boiling the water. The human being is indeed the resource of all resources. No one, therefore, would ever think to devastate, demolish, or have fun with their prime resource. And yet, humans do face such a difficulty. This difficulty is primarily because of the absence of an appropriate principles or set of values that needs to be practiced by the individual itself. Being in the field surrounded with humans and their feelings, emotions, and with their mood swinging from bliss to gloomy, aggravated to unprovoked scenario. i think I am just doing fine standing their and smiling with the cost of trying not to show my confused state of mind and being tagged by others as “clueless”. It isn’t as simple as it looks. I don’t believe that the field of HR is the only field that deals with human as their resources. Even today when I see the IT INDUSTRY where employees finds it easy to sit and do coding and can figure out the mistake and correct it, but is unable to handle and understand their team members, team lead sometime and of course every employees best friend their superiors. Basically I am trying to figure out a way or a simple rule or technique that is appropriate and easy to practice in trying to bring the satisfactory level up to 75% high, which is possible but needs a lot of thinking and planning. And also trying to figure out how to behave in a situation where i have absolutely no clue what’s going on within the individual who is standing right in front of me looking at me and trying to figure out if I have understood what he/she wants and also if I am dumb in my head for not responding back. Very well-situated thought which can completely destroy the trust and the feeling that they have on me for the fact that I can change their lives from a dissatisfactory level to satisfactory level. The anticipation which every employee has towards any body who is trying to bring out the best in them is as high as the word gets. A deeper understanding of its multidimensional personality is needed. Trying to reduce the cost , in return for high productivity is a bit difficult for any corporate players. As what I have understood from the world around me is that, you need to understand and behave to a situation which does not completely make a mark in their lives in either of extremes. You need to make sure you balance their emotions and actions and try to remain calm, act stupid and dumb if needed, nod your head and smile, but only till you are been targeted, once the ball is in your coat. Show the real you. At some point, everyone steps on a landmine on the job. Things are going along fine, and then out of the blue, we all realize we just did something which makes us feel like a total amateur. What then occurs can range from being fired to simply being scolded from those people who really doesn’t matter much in our life. And then the way you respond to the mistake can make a big difference to our sense of confidence. Often the impacts move towards the job momentum, or if you let the screw-up become a career derail. No one including me wants to be on the receiving end of criticism, but when you mess up there is a lot to be gained. if you can handle the comments professionally and try to be objective about them. Regardless of whether the criticism is constructive or not, it’s very important that you face the situation well. Or at least pretend to act in a very sophisticated manner, or portray a picture stating that you are the kind of a person who wouldn’t mind been mocked down by people who have the rights to throw you out .People will be watching. How effectively you respond will have an impact on your professional growth and ultimate success. Which now I feel I am completely diverting the topic from trying to understand what the employees feel and act to how you need to act when you are been screwed. Anyway both are equally important for surviving in the industry
