720 DEGREE -  I heard of 360 degree Performance Appraisal. what’s 720??? is it 2 circle?? i mean 360 means one complete circle, not like the employees are too interested in filling the 360 PA, so why even care bout 720, may be a bit modification is fine, but 720??? i am tying to hunt for a proper PA form NOT HAPPENIN!!i m waiting to see the PA,  will ask my boss to prepare one for me for sure. . wanna fill in the blanks
